Committees

At moddervet we do a lot more than just training. We are a vibrant community. This is only made possible by our committees, which breathe life into our association! We are excited to introduce you to them! Are you considering to join one of them? Don’t hesitate to contact them via mail! Also if you think you’d like to be part of a committee but don’t know which would suit you, you can always have a chat with our Commissioner of internal affairs. (Intern@moddervet.nl)

AcCie

Hey everyone!

We are Idsert (chair), Kelvin, Koen, Emma and Xander and we are the members of the funnest committee of Moddervet: the AcCie! We often have dinner together at thursdays before training. From these meetings the most exciting activities arise, such as iceskating, bouldering and arts and crafts. We also make sure the thursdayevening drinks are well stocked with beer, marshmallows and sometimes knakworsten. If you have an idea for an activity or  even an exchange with another association, we’d love to hear from you at AcCie@moddervet.nl

IntroCie

Hey everyone!

We, Mathijs Ki.  (chair), Froukje, Sven en Mila make up the Introduction committee of Moddervet. Every year we are present at the Keiweek and ESN week during the summer, and the Kiezelweek before the second semester. We also organise the introductory activities during the introperiod in September!

WebCie

Heyhoi!

We, Wiegert (chair), Carmen, Joy, Koen, Nick and Florian, are the WebCie, AKA the website committee of Moddervet. (Lovely to have you here, at our pride and joy, the Moddervet Website) Wij are busy keeping the website up to date and working, (which is a hassle sometimes) If you see any errors or have any improvements, please email us (WebCie@gssvmoddervet.nl)

“Every time, we are going to make the website a little less up-to-date, until we have created a website with dinosaur facts” ~ WebCie 2022

KasCie

Hello!

We, Jelle (Chair), Sven, Wiegert & Joy make up the AuditCommittee of Moddervet. We check the financial bookkeeping & accountancy of Moddervet. Our most important task is checking the financial yearreport, but we also like to keep a very keen eye on the monthly income and expenses to make sure every single last penny is accounted for. We do this during quarterly meetings, during which we first have dinner and then start working, with enough snacks, of course!

KampCie

Hello!
We are Ellis (chair), Emma, Siebren, Elise and Koen. We organize a 3-year camp at the end of the year, with lots of fun activities and even more gezelligheid.

BunkerCie

Hi everyone!

We (Jurgen (chair), Rob, Minke and Mathijs Ki.) form the BunkerCie. We are making plans for an awesome new clubhouse in collaboration with Hommes. As it stands, the construction will be split into two parts. The first part will start this spring!

BataCie

Greetings!

We, Siebren (chair), TJ and Florian, form the BataCie. That’s the committee dat makes sure that Moddervet can show where the run in Survivalrun comes from during the Batavierenrace. The Batavierenradce is a matharon race from Nijmegen to Enschede. This year we organised an alternative Batavierenrace for survivalrun associations.

PromoCie

Good to see you! The PromoCie (Ellis, Minke, Emma, Siebren, Matthijs Gro., Joy and Camilla) is a large committe with a large task: To capture and share what an amazing association we have. We manage the association’s social media, take pictures during activities and even design the merchandise. We used to be split up into several committees, but to streamline communication we merged.

AdviesCie

“Hello board, a bit of Advice:”

The AdviesCie consist of several very capable people (Dennis (chair), Jurgen, Nick, Mathijs Ki. and Camilla), with a lot of knowledge of the association and/or being a part of a board in general. Our task is to advise the current (and sometimes future) board about whatever advice may be needed for to support the board.

ExcurCie

The ExcurCie is a new committee with two members, Froukje and Leonie. This committee is organizing a trip during the summer break, which will undoubtedly have a lot of outdoor activities like kayaking, trailrunning and much more.
